At Sage Intelligence, we recently released our brand new Learning Portal. It consolidates all of our learning resources into one, easy-to-use online library and is categorized to meet your level of knowledge and guide you to mastering your product. In this tip, I’m going to show you how to access the Sage Intelligence Learning Portal and navigate your way through it.
To access the portal, open your web browser and go to sageintelligence.com or click on the link provided.
You’ll be taken to the home page, after which you can select your Sage solution near the bottom of the page. In this example, I’m going to use Sage 300.
You’ll then be taken to the product specific page, and you can see that it’s broken up into three levels; Beginner, Intermediate and Advanced. Each level includes learning videos and recorded webcasts, document guides, Sage Intelligence Academy courses and upcoming live webcasts.
By clicking Visual Learning, for example, you’re taken to a set of learning videos and recorded webcasts specific to the level and product you’re on. The videos are divided into different subjects which are further broken down into product version if needed. You can work through each one in the same window by clicking on them.
Once you’ve completed all the videos, you can then get to the next level video playlists. In this case, it would be the Intermediate level, and so you can get here by clicking the Moving On button at the bottom of the page.
Otherwise, if you would like to access the start page for another level, you can select it at the top of the page or you can return to the home page by clicking on the product logo to the right.
The new Learning Portal gives you access to Sage Intelligence learning material specific to your product in one convenient place, and in a way that is easy to navigate. Whether you’re starting out, looking to take your skills to the next level, or just want to fill in the gaps, be sure to check this innovative portal out.
